If you search for Viking Client Services online, you’ll find websites that say things about us like “Viking Client Services is a scam!” and “Viking Client Services is committing fraud.” Google reviews will say things like Viking workers are negligent and unprofessional. They claim that Viking is scamming people out of money for debts that aren't theirs. Certain law firms are out there trying to target people who wish to complain about us and try to help them fight against our debt collection efforts.


But the negativity and these bad online reviews come from a minority of our customers. Less than 1% actually. More than 99% of our customers offer us feedback about our work that reflects the values that have driven this company for nearly half a century.

Viking Client Services started in 1969 and is a privately held recovery, claims management, and payment processing company. Since the day we opened our doors, we have been committed to people and committed to good, leading our industry in setting the standards for compliance, technology, and strategy.

In these situations, we work closely with the customer to make sure their voice is heard and they aren’t paying any money to a claim that isn’t their responsibility.
