My Viking Billing agent did amazing work on my behalf

Jessica, one of your agents, recently assisted me with this issue with the settlement that I had with my car rental company. I wanted to say that she was amazing, very cooperative, and was able to understand my situation and understand my perspective and view, to be able to make things way smoother and easier with the conversations that we had and with all this discussion and in dealing with this whole settlement.
